Hair grows certain amount in a month. This is roughly 0.5 inch a month. I know there are many people out there they are in rush to make their hair grow faster in a day, a week or a month. Usually this happens when you get bored of your long hair and decide to get a hair cut and then you don’t like the haircut and decide to grow it long again. Then the urgency is to make your hair grow faster in a day, week or a month. I understand how it feels especially when you don’t like the haircut and want your long hair back in a very short time.
This hair growth speed that I mentioned earlier is the common number we see across the board but I am not really quite sure if this is a really proven scientific fact that hair grows 0.5 inch a month. If this is the case you can make hair growth speed increase but you can not really exceed this max. amount in a month.
There are many steps you can take to make this happen as I usually mention at my other posts on this website. Let’s discuss the timeline here, I hear people asking questions, how can I make my hair grow faster in a day? I think this seems unrealistic little bit, if you ask how can I make my hair grow faster in a week, this seems a little better but I think the best option is to aim for a month and measure your hair at the first day of the month and follow the steps and your strategy, then measure it again at the end of the month, see if you can beat this 0.5 inch/month statistic or get closer to this number. Following hair grow faster steps and also using certain products such as daily biotin pills or vitamins or shampoo can help you reach your hair growth goal faster.
